What sheet metal products does Fortified Metals fabricate?
We fabricate 24 gauge gutters and downspouts, conductor heads and scuppers, chimney caps and chase covers, dormer roofs and cladding, ES-1 edge metal and coping, and custom trim and flashing, along with standing seam roof panels.
What gauge do you use?
24 gauge is our standard for gutters, trim, and architectural pieces. Some parts, like ES-1 cleats, may call for a heavier gauge to match the tested design.
Can you match my roof color?
Yes. Everything is formed from the same painted coil on our color chart as our standing seam panels, in PVDF or SMP, or in Galvalume.
Do you make one-off and replacement pieces?
Yes. Odd sizes, replacement pieces to match existing work, and things that aren't in any catalog are a big part of what our shop does.
