Sheet metal supplier & fabricator · North Texas

We cut it, roll it,and get it to the job.

Fortified Metals runs a deep coil inventory and a full sheet metal fabrication shop under one roof. Take it as bare coil or flat sheet, add cut-to-length and a custom trim package, or have us roll form finished standing seam panels — in the shop, or on site at your job.

Color chart

Our colors, on an actual panel.

Tap any color to see it render live on a standing seam profile — how it actually reads across the pan and at the seam, not just as a chip. Both finishes we carry, PVDF and SMP, come with a 40-year paint warranty.

Screens lie. Gloss, gauge, sun angle, and the finish system all change how a color reads on a finished roof. Always confirm against a physical chip before you commit a job.

Minimum slope matters. Snap-lock and mechanically seamed panels are not interchangeable, and the wrong choice on a low-slope roof is one of the most expensive mistakes in this trade. Call the desk with your slope before you order — or read the field guide.

Roll forming

Rolled in our shop, or roll formed on site.

From coil to finished panel: we slit, cut to length, and roll form standing seam profiles in 24 gauge — in the shop for most jobs, or with portable roll forming equipment at your jobsite when the runs are too long to truck.

Shop roll forming

Standing seam panels roll formed to your exact lengths in Sherman — every profile in our lineup, bundled with the matching trim package and delivered to the job.

On-site roll forming

For long runs that will not ship, we bring the roll former to you. Panels come off the machine at the jobsite in continuous lengths and go straight onto the roof.

Why continuous lengths

An endlap is a seam the roof did not need. On-site roll forming means full-length pans on long slopes — fewer joints, fewer leak paths, cleaner sightlines.
